WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED?

We are located in downtown Eatonton, Georgia on Hwy 441 between Madison and Milledgeville. We are located on Georgia's Lake Country's Historic Antebellum Trail.

CAN WE SEE THE WAREHOUSE BEFORE OUR EVENT?

Yes! We would love for you to schedule a personal tour time or visit the Warehouse on Wednesday from 11-2pm. Please call 866-536-0054 or through our reservation page.

HOW MUCH DOES IT COST TO RESERVE THE EATONTON COTTON WAREHOUSE?

We are accepting reservations for Corporate Events, Weddings, Receptions and Private Parties. Our Warehouse can comfortably accommodate up to 615 guests. To discuss special requests or to get a price quote, please don't hesitate to contact us here.

WHAT IS INCLUDED?

Each event is unique and we do not offer a one price fits all. Our facility is square feet and may be more than necessary for your event. The Eatonton Cotton Warehouse with 9200 square feet of use, including a caterer's kitchen, wine and beer bar, custom lighting and chandeliers, lounge area, a stage, ample dancing floor, We also have access to an outdoor stage and grassy area.

TELL US ABOUT ELECTRICITY, BATHROOMS AND SMOKING?

The Warehouse is equipped with indoor lighting, air conditioning and many standard electrical outlets. The restrooms are indoors and ample to support a large crowd.

IS THE WAREHOUSE ACCESSIBLE?

Absolutely! We want all of our guests (and yours too) to be comfortable and have ensured anyone with a wheelchair can be accommodated easily. Our facility also has convenient parking surrounding the building.

IS THERE A TIME RESTRICTION?

Music and alcohol are available until 1 am.
